11. Cancellation

Cancellation requests can normally be accepted only before an order has been packed, processed, or handed over to the courier.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

If Chennai Herbs cancels a prepaid order, the applicable payment will be refunded to the customer.
